Thomas Frost is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and Detroit College of Law (now associated with Michigan State University). He is a member of the Michigan Bar (1981) and the Florida Bar (1987). Mr. Frost passed the examination with the United States Patent & Trademark Office, and has been a registered patent attorney since 1999.
Mr. Frost served as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the Tampa, Florida Field Office during 1984-1988. His primary investigative areas were white collar crime and organized crime.
After leaving federal service, he was sworn in as an Assistant State Attorney in Pinellas County, Florida. Mr. Frost has been in private practice since 1993, and since 2000 has concentrated his practice in the areas of intellectual property and small business representation.
